I take a non-pathological view of my clients, trusting that all they bring to therapy has a well-intentioned origin and purpose. I serve a diverse community of adults, inclusive of all races, sexual orientations and genders.

- Guided Imagery– providing suggestion and image to help you access inner knowledge, often creating lasting internal resources and new ways of relating to challenges.
- Somatic Practices– includes movement, exploration of postures, and the use of self-contact.
